Shipping Cost
- An order with multiple shipments will be assessed separate shipping costs. This happens due to multiple roasters and warehouses we have for different items. You will be informed about the number of shipments at checkout.

- Ways to Save on Shipping
Order more than one pound of coffee per shipment. Shipping cost per pound of coffee decreases as you order more per shipment. Depending on the frequency of orders, some customers reduce their number of shipments and save up to $90 annually in shipping. At YesCoffeeBeans.com we lock in freshness after roasting by packing the coffee right away. If you order whole bean coffee and keep the bag sealed before you use it, you should be happy with the freshness when you open the bag 4 to 6 weeks after roasting. Once you open the bag, be sure to store the beans in an airtight canister, and of course, grind your beans right before brewing your coffee.

Processing Time
- Except for certain holidays, all shipments are typically shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of order. If you place an order after 12 PM, your first processing day begins on the next business day.
- Once we ship each shipment of your order, you are sent an email confirming shipment with a tracking number. If you receive this message after 4 PM or on a weekend, your order may not be postmarked until the next business day.
- After a shipment has been shipped, time in transit depends on our shipping carriers. Since our shipping carriers do not pick up on weekends, orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are generally shipped the following business day, Monday.
- YesCoffeeBeans.com is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond our shipping carriers control.
- These dates are only estimates, and can take longer based on the order volume at the time.

Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees including restocking/disposal, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Return Policy
YesCoffeeBeans.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with an item or order, you can return it as long as it meets the following return policy.
- All Orders/Items
- You must return all items within 15 days of receipt.
- You must contact us before you return an order. Otherwise your return won't be accepted at our warehouses.
- Unfortunately, all shipping costs, original and returning, will not be refunded.
- YesCoffeeBeans.com does not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance on all items being returned.
- Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
- Coffees
- Any coffee returned must be in its original packaging, and contain 85% of its original purchase weight.
- A disposal fee of 35% applies to items that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer's dislike of the product. We only sell fresh roasted coffee and since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a small percentage of the company's loss.
- Other Products
- A restocking fee of 35% applies to items that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer's dislike of the product.

- Package Returns for Non Delivery
- A restocking/disposal fee of 35% applies to packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, or in the rare instances when all carrier delivery attempts are unsuccessful. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when a shipping carrier returns your order to our warehouses.
- Non-delivered coffees will not be re-delivered.

Typographical Errors
At YesCoffeeBeans.com, we do our best to check for errors. However, if a product has been mispriced through a typographical error, we will notify the customer of the actual price of the product. The order will not be processed until the customer agrees to pay the actual price. If a cancellation occurs due to a typographical error, the cancellation fee will be waived.

FAQ about Shipping
- Why does my order come in different boxes?
- It is because we have different ware houses for different products. For example, Shalina gourmet coffee
beans are roasted in Florida, our mugs and coasters are in Texas, and our coffee equipments are in New York. That's
why if you order different products, they ship in different boxes.
- I didn't get my coffee beans in 10 days from the date of ordering. What's going on?
- First of all, we apologize for the delay. But it is to ensure the freshness of your coffee beans. Our
coffee beans are roasted when you place your order. And if you like your coffee beans decaffeinated or flavored,
it's done when you place your order as well. That's why we generally take longer time to ship our coffee beans. We
don't ship coffee beans on the shelf, but ones from the roasting batches. We beg your understanding for the
delay.
- My coffee coaster came completely shattered. Now what?
- If your coffee mug or coaster didn't make the trip in one piece, please contact us. We will send the replacement right away.
